Travel approximately 3 miles north on the A523 Leek to Macclesfield road.
Turn right off the A523, signed for Heaton / Swythamley.
Take the first right, (again signed Heaton / Swythamley).
Fairboroughs Farm is the first drive on your right immediately at the end of a plantation.
Exit M6 at Junction 15, Stoke on Trent.
Travel north on the A500 to the A53
exit to Leek.
Continue to Leek and then follow signs for the A523 to
Macclesfield.

Exit M6 at Junction 18, Holmes Chapel.
Turn Left to Holmes Chapel.
Follow signs for the A54 to Congleton.
Continue to Congleton and follow signs for the A54 towards Buxton.
Approximately 8 miles beyond Congleton on the A54 you arrive at a crossroads with the A523.
Turn right towards Leek.
Continue for approximately 4 miles until you reach the village of Rushton Spencer.
At the Royal Oak Pub the A523 bends right.
Leave the A523 at this point and continue straight ahead up a steep hill.
Take the second left turn, signed Heaton / Swythamley.

Directions from M1 North or Southbound Exit M1 at Juntion 24A.
Travel west on the A50 towards Uttoxeter / Stoke-on-Trent.
Continue on A50 to Meir.
Turn right onto the A520 towards Cellarhead / Leek.
Continue to Leek and follow signs for A52 (A523) towards Macclesfield.
